These are the terms and conditions which will apply to your purchase of clothing and accessories ("Goods") from the Savannahs website at https://www.savannahs.com (“Website).

Savannahs are made up of different legal entities, details of which are set out on this page. Savannahs (contact number : +46 - 8 611 00 62) has registered office at Birger Jarlsgatan 1, 1145 Stockholm, Sweden (referred to as "we", "us" or "our").

We would recommend that you review policies on external websites and applications as their approach and policy will be different.

Please note that by using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the Website and the Goods are provided. GENERAL

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

By placing an order at Savannahs.com, you agree that you are a minimum of 18 years old or have the permission of a parent/guardian. You formally enter into a sales agreement by ordering goods from Savannahs.com. All of our products are kept in stock for immediate dispatch.

To ensure that we can offer you the best service and avoid delays, please ensure that your contact details are filled in correctly. Savannahs.com is not is not liable for any miscommunication or failed delivery due to incorrect contact information.

If you have recently placed an order with incorrect or out of date information should contact info@savannahs.com immediately. Information cannot be changed on an order once it has been dispatched. 
 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Savannahs.com reserves the right to cancel orders upon our own discretion and without reason. A notification email will be sent if an order is cancelled for any reason to the email address provided upon the placement of the order. No money will be charged, however, please note that it may take a few days for the amount to be credited back onto the original payment method depending on your bank.
 

If you would like to cancel an order, a request must be made to info@savannahs.com within 15 minutes of placing an order, clearly stating your order number and reason for cancellation. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted and has begun processing we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled.

ORDER CHANGES

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be changed or modified. If you would like to make a change to an order a cancellation request must be made to info@savannahs.com within 15 minutes of placing an order, clearly stating your order number and reason for cancellation. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled.
 

FORCE MAJEURE

Savannahs.com will not be held responsible for consequences beyond its control, including but not limited to strike, war, sabotage, catastrophes, extreme market situations, government actions, criminal activities, major accidents, or blockades.

CLAIMS & DAMAGES

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you have reason to believe that your order has not been delivered, delivered to an incorrect address, or lost; please contact us immediately at info@savannahs.com. If we cannot locate your package or our shipping partner claims that it has been delivered, we will open up an investigation. In such cases, a full investigation with the carrier must be completed before issuing any refund or replacement. Savannahs.com reserves the right to deny a claim if Savannahs.com and the carrier have succeeded in their responsibility to deliver the package to the correct address and/or the customer has not succeeded in their responsibility in providing a correct and/or occupied address. In cases where the package has been shipped to a corporate address, Savannahs.com will not be held responsible if packages are lost after delivery to the corporation and a signature has been collected.
 

DAMAGED GOODS

If you have received a damaged parcel, immediately report it to the courier that delivered the parcel to you. Damages found later should be reported to info@savannahs.com. Please note that damages to the goods during return transit from you to Savannahs.com due to negligent packaging or lack of co-operation with our Returns Policy are the sole responsibility of the customer.
 

RECLAIMS

Savannahs.com and our represented brands aim to offer you the highest quality goods. However, if you have reason to believe that you have received a faulty product, please read the following information:

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Goods that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please report any damages to delivered goods no later than seven days after delivery to info@savannahs.com. In your email, state your order number and the reason for your claim. Savannahs.com reserves the right to ask for photographic evidence of the damage and to deny claims that do not meet the criteria stated above. If your claim is accepted, you will receive instructions and documents on how to return the goods. Savannahs.com reserves the right to repair or replace faulty goods before a refund is issued.

PAYMENT

Savannahs.com accepts all major payment methods through our secure payment provider. Your security is important to us which is why our card payment service is using the latest security technology from the banks to ensure your information is kept secure. Savannahs.com uses state of the art secure technology for transmittal of information and payment instructions, accepted by banks and clearing houses.
 

YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We understand that your personal data is sensitive information. When registering as a member or placing an order at Savannahs.com, the volunteered personal data is registered on our secure server. This data is only used in our relationship as supplier and customer and is never revealed to a third party, unless you agree to do so. In cases of suspected fraud and/or other criminal activity, information may be revealed to the police or other concerned authorities.
 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS

For your security, your first order can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a corporate work address that we are able to verify independently. Please ensure that your delivery address and name matches the cardholder’s billing address to avoid delays to your order.

Kindly be aware that we can only ship to your registered PayPal address. To avoid delays, ensure that your registered PayPal address is updated to match your preferred shipping address.

Savannahs.com is not held responsible if the colour differences represented on different monitor displays, devices, and settings. Savannahs.com recommends that customers refer to the designer colour name or code in the product description when applicable. Please also note that designer colours may vary between styles and materials.

Promotion Terms & Conditions

Occasionally Savannahs may issue a store credit towards the purchase of a new order unless specifically stated the below terms and conditions will apply.

  1. A promotional code may be provided to a customer to provide a discount towards a new purchase (the "Store Credit") for use on the Savannahs website www.savannahs.com (the "Website").
  2. The Store Credit is valid for three months from the date of issue.
  3. Only one (1) Store Credit can be redeemed per transaction, per customer.
  4. The Store Credit can only be redeemed against full price purchases.
  5. The Store Credit is not permitted to be used in conjunction with any other promotion or VIP offer
  6. The Store Credit cannot be applied to an order after the order has been placed.
  7. If a purchase, made by redeeming the Store Credit, is returned no further refunds will be made to this purchase and your items will be returned to the original shipping address.

You grant Savannahs.com, through Savannah Emilia AB [556760-8640], hereinafter referred to as “Savannahs” a non-exclusive, royalty free worldwide license to use any photos and moving content in relation to which you have responded #yessavannahs, hereinafter referred to as “Photos and Moving Content” for its marketing and/or in its advertising, including the online store, social media – Savannahs channels and paid social media and other customer communications. Savannahs may use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your Photos and Moving Content in its sole discretion.

  1. The value of your full-price order must total $500 before shipping. Sale and reduced-priced styles do not qualify.
  2. Receive $100 when you spend $500-$999; Receive $250 when you spend $1,000-$1,999; Receive $500 when you spend $2,000-$2,999; Receive $750 when you spend $3,000-$4,999; Receive $1,500 when you spend $5,000 or more.

  9. By participating in this promotional gift card event, you agree to have your gift card emailed to you via the email address provided when placing your order.

  11. The gift card can be used by the account owner or forwarded to a friend.
  12. Once a gift card has been issued, Savannahs cannot re-issue a new gift card.
  13. A gift card should be treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost.
  14. Savannahs reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time.

Exclusions:

  1. Not valid on prior purchases or gift card purchases.
  2. Cancelled orders do not qualify.
  3. Amounts spent above the qualified level will not apply.
  4. Offer cannot be combined with other gift card offers.
  5. Any purchases paid for using a gift card does not qualify for this promotion.
  6. The promotion applies to full price purchases only.
  7. Orders that receive cash back from any website are not eligible for the gift card promotion.
