TERMS & CONDITIONS / RETURNS POLICY

  1. The code must be entered at the checkout and cannot be applied to previous orders or after the order has been placed.
  2. Save 500 USD valid on orders of 2000 USD min value with the code SAVE500, or save 300 USD valid on orders of 1500 USD min value with the code SAVE300, or save 200 USD valid on orders of 1100 USD min value with the code SAVE200, or save 150 USD valid on orders of 900 USD min value with the code SAVE150, or save 100 USD valid on orders of 700 USD min value with the code SAVE100, or save 50 USD valid on orders of 500 USD min value with the code SAVE50,
  3. The spend and save promotion is only valid on USD purchases.
  4. The promotion is only valid on full price items and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
  5. When returning your item you agree if any part of the qualifying order is returned, the returned amount will be deducted from the total value of the qualifying order. If the new total value of your qualifying order falls below the minimum spend needed to qualify for the promotion, the amount saved will be deducted in full from your refund and will not be included as a refund to the amount paid.

    If item A is returned the new total order value is $300.00.As this is below the minimum order value of $500.00 to qualify for the save $50.00 promotion, $250 will be returned.

    If item C is returned the new total order value is $2000.00. As this is within the minimum order value of $2000.00 to qualify for the save $500.00 promotion the full refund of $500.00 will be provided.

  6. Items can only be exchanged for the same style and cannot be changed for a different colour, heel height, or style.
  7. An exchange is subject to availability of the requested size at the time your return order is received and exchange is processed.
  8. New vouchers will not be issued for any returned items and the voucher will be forfeited.
  9. We will do our best to ensure your exchange request is fulfilled, however, should the requested size not be available, a refund will be provided. If the new total value of your qualifying order falls below the minimum spend needed to qualify for the promotion, the amount saved will be deducted in full from your refund and will not be included as a refund to the amount paid.
  10. The promotion is valid from Monday 24th February 10:00 CET to Monday 9th March 10:00 CET.
